Prices begin at $175 during the week which includes a studio sitting and approximately 25 of the best 3.5”x5” proofs.  Utilizing her documentary approach, she captures the smiles, fun expressions, and thoughtful poses.  She shoots approximately 150+ digital images, and then she will select the best 25 images and provide you with 31/2”x5” proofs to keep. You may choose black and white, color, or a combination.  Saturday appointments start at $200, including a selection of proofs.

Location fees are $50-100 additional.  She will meet you at the location of your choice, whether it is at the beach, park, or at your home. Larger families with multiple groupings start at $350.

Reprints and enlargements are available starting at $10 for 4x6 up to $30 for 8x10s. All photographs are retouched and adjusted for contrast and lightness so that the final image is clean and beautiful.   Extensive retouching may be requested at an additional fee. Head or eye swaps (for those with closed eyes) are $10-15 each “swap”.

If you are looking for a large quantity for thank you notes, save the dates announcements, or holiday cards, Tricia offers a selection of cards. We are adding a collection of press-printed greeting cards too in quantities of 25.  These are special and unique cards designed specifically for you, featuring your favorite photographs from the session.  More affordable options include the 4x6 or 5x6 photo cards, or handmade cards and ornaments.  Please email for a sample page. 
Prices range from $1-$4 each.

Tricia also offers unique gallery wraps to hang on your wall, from 8x10 to 3x5 feet!  She also consults on creating a “family wall”.  You can also custom order a single or collection of frames and add on every year on to your walls to represent your growing family!

One day in May, and in the autumn, Tricia has the “OPEN STUDIO” where 15- 20 minute sittings are available starting at $100.  The best photos are posted on a web site, where you can select and order your photos.  She offers a variety of framing options, gallery wraps and holiday cards.  Please send us your contact information  (email and address) to be notified of the late autumn open studio.

For the past 2 years, Tricia has scheduled an "OPEN STUDIO BEACH DAY" at the beach in Chicago, and another "OPEN STUDIO FALL COLOR DAY" at a city park to capture the colorful leaves.  Times and dates will be announced late August.

The photographs from your session are posted on a web site that you can share with your family & friends.  They can order their own prints through this web site.  The orders come to my studio where we go review, adjust, tweak and retouch each image to produce the best image possible.

APPROACH:
Tricia's personal approach is to make the child and families feel relaxed. For the younger children, I often treat it as a series of actions, word games, peek a boo, bubbles, music…you name it, I use whatever I can to help the kids personality and smiles come out.

WHAT TO WEAR and BRING:
I always suggest wearing whatever outfit makes you feel your best.  It's up to you if you want the family to match and all wear jeans & white or same color shirts. Some clients prefer to plan a coordinated look, where you select a color theme (browns, jeans, white, khakis, blues) black & white, formal or more casual, whereas others prefer to come in casual clothes.  I do suggest colorful outfits for the young ones.  Brings your cute hats, and colorful blankets.

Even if you are a parent bringing a child for a photo shoot and don't intend to be in the photographs, please be prepared.  Sometimes parents are needed in the photo to help hold the baby, or to assist a child who is almost standing. Also, if you'd like to bring hats, favorite toys, blankets, or some other ideas for props, please do so. .  Portrait sessions can last 30 minutes, or up to an hour or more, depending on the situation.   If you have specific poses or ideas in mind, please don't hesitate to share your ideas.  This is a collaborative experience, and our goal is to get great photos and make it a great experience.

LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT?
$200 sitting fees are available in the studio and include an outfit change and 1 final image on a cd.  Additional images may be purchased for $35/each image + retouching.
